By placing an order with MoBAY Jamaican Kitchen, you agree to the following terms:
📦 Preorder Policy
All items are made fresh to order and must be purchased in advance. MoBAY is a preorder-only pop-up kitchen, and we do not accept same-day or walk-up orders. Once your order is placed and paid, it is considered confirmed.
⏰ Pickup Window
All orders must be picked up on the designated pickup date during the scheduled window:
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
You will be assigned one of the following pickup slots:
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Slot assignment is based on order volume and operational flow.
📩 Notifications
You will receive both an email and text message with your specific pickup details:
First notice: sent the day before pickup
Second reminder: sent the morning of pickup
These notifications will include:
Pickup address (Lakeland, FL)
Your assigned pickup time slot
Contact info in case of questions
Please ensure your contact information is entered correctly at checkout.
🍽️ Pickup Expectations
We ask all customers to:
Arrive within your assigned time slot
Bring your order confirmation (digital or printed)
Follow staff instructions for quick, smooth pickup
We are a small-batch pop-up, so arriving at the correct time ensures the freshest experience and smooth service for everyone.
🚫 Cancellations & No-Shows
Due to the nature of our pop-up kitchen and made-to-order model:
All sales are final
No cancellations or refunds are available once an order is placed
Orders not picked up during the designated time window will be considered forfeited without refund
📍 Location & Setup
Pickup takes place at a private or rotating location in Lakeland, FL. Exact address will be shared via email and text the day before the event.
Please note: MoBAY is not a dine-in restaurant. There is no on-site seating or food consumption permitted.
